U.S. Setup has two services. Company Setup ($699 service fee) covers the document checklist, introductions to professional partners, and coordination of application progress. Bank Account assistance ($499 service fee) is staged as a $199 preparation fee plus a $300 tail charged only if the bank actually approves the account — no approval, no tail. Neither includes government, registered-agent, legal or accounting fees, which the client pays directly to third parties. Banks and ad platforms decide independently, and we cannot promise outcomes. If you want it bundled, the US Launch Kit ($2,880) combines company setup, bank assistance, ad account setup and critical fixes to an existing site — for clients who already have a site.

NexaPeak

Coordination and assistance: preparing document checklists, liaising with partners, following up on progress and paperwork. What we charge is a service fee, not an approval fee.

Professional partners

Registered agents, lawyers and accountants are qualified third parties, paid directly by the client. We only take the work on once partners and total costs are confirmed.

The deciding institutions

State authorities, banks and ad platforms each decide independently. A newly formed company does not mean a bank or ad account will be approved, and a failure at one stage does not mean we push on with pointless later stages.

We do not default every client to the same state or the same structure. Which applies is decided by the client and their professional advisers; we issue no legal or tax conclusions.

Prepaid. The website, the quote and the course materials all use this package price
The comparison base counts only the website upgrade and six months of Category Growth. The diagnostic is included in week one and is not added again at its list price.
A valid diagnostic fee already paid is credited once against the balance. Including the diagnostic never means charging twice or counting the revenue twice.
The fixed package and the performance-based option are mutually exclusive. Without a separate replacement agreement, the same period of base operations fee cannot be charged twice.

The on-approval tail keeps its original condition inside the package and is never charged early. If the bank does not approve and every other stage is complete, the most that can be charged is the package price less that tail.
Clients without a site are assessed separately; this package price never promises a build from scratch
If the bank does not approve and every other stage is delivered, the total service fee is at most $2,580 (package price less the $300 approval tail). Stages not performed are not billed as complete.
An existing site suitable for critical fixes. A new-site build is not included.
