AI Growth Academy

Give your team the capability instead of outsourcing it forever.

Two paths: individual learners and company teams. Training is not bundled with managed services, and it promises neither employment nor orders.

Slow-growing blue organic filaments of lightLicensed stock footage · scene only

The Academy has four products across two entry points. For individuals: the Workshop ($298 per person) is a one-day session with a mini diagnostic and action plan, creditable toward an upgrade; the 12-Week Program ($6,800 per person) covers a 48-hour curriculum, hands-on project work, a final defence and an independent skills assessment, after which graduates may enter the collaboration pool by test and project interview. For companies: the Corporate Day ($2,500 per company, up to 8 people) and the 6-Week Team Build ($7,500 per company, up to 5 people), the latter with 6 × 2-hour sessions, 3 clinics, 2 bounded workflows and role/SOP definitions. No course promises employment, orders or income, and none confers an official platform certification.

Two paths

Are you learning yourself, or building a team?

For individuals

Start with the one-day workshop to confirm this path suits you, then decide whether to upgrade to the 12-week program. The workshop fee is creditable toward the upgrade.

For companies

The corporate day addresses leadership understanding and role clarity. The 6-week build establishes division of work, workflows and review methods. Neither requires a managed-services engagement.

Courses and courseware

Four courses — and what a page of courseware looks like

The points on each cover come straight from that course’s existing content — not from separately invented selling points.

Writing brand facts into a form AI can cite

The problem

The site, the product page and the support page each say it differently, so AI cites none of them.

In-class exercise

Take one page from your own brand, mark every claim that cannot be checked, and rewrite it so it can.

Original claimProblemRewrittenWhere the evidence lives
"Large capacity"Not checkable"500 ml"Spec table
"Long battery life"Not checkable"4000 mAh, ~15 blends"Spec table + manual
"Quality guaranteed"Empty claim"12-month warranty"Support page

How a session runs

  1. Start from a real problem, not from definitions
  2. Use the learner’s own page as the exercise, not a fictional case
  3. Rewrite it in class, reviewed line by line
  4. Leave with a checklist the team can reuse

Covers and the courseware sample are original structural demonstrations. They show how the course is organised; they are not screenshots of licensed courseware and represent no student outcome. This page shows no session dates, student counts, certificate partners or employment data — we have no publicly verifiable source for those.

Assessment and collaboration pool

What happens after graduation

Final defence and skills assessment

The 12-week program ends with a defence and an independent skills assessment that reflects real capability, not attendance.

NexaPeak completion certificate

This is our own completion certificate. It is not an official certification from any platform.

Collaboration pool

After graduating, candidates may enter the paid subcontracting pool by test and project interview. The workshop does not include eligibility for the pool.

What we do not promise

No employment, orders or income. Whether work exists depends on real demand at the time and on your assessment result.

Not included: Any promise of employment, orders or income; Official platform certification. Courses use the existing curriculum and enrolment process. We do not display fabricated session counts or student numbers.

What you do after the course

A course should end with something you can hand over.

What trainees produceMethod demo

Four things you can hand over when the course ends

  1. Weeks 1–2Run a sampling pass on your own brandOutput: A question list and an observation log
  2. Weeks 3–6Rewrite the data for 10 priority productsOutput: A before/after table with source records
  3. Weeks 7–10Ship the changes to pages and structured dataOutput: A change record
  4. Weeks 11–12Re-measure the same questions and reviewOutput: A review report and the next cycle plan

A structural demo of the course. We show no student photos, headcounts, platform certifications or job promises.

Start by naming what your team is actually missing.

Company clients can start with a team assessment, then decide between a corporate day, a team build, or beginning with managed work.
